If you have time, kindly strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be great, but if not, no worries.
Any guests not listed on the lease are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send us a list of all the names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
