Poor Service & Unacceptable Conditions
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. My check-in experience alone was highly frustrating—I arrived around 8 PM to find the office closed with no staff in sight. After knocking multiple times and waiting for over 10 minutes, an employee finally came out, forcing me to complete the check-in process outside in the cold rain.
To make matters worse, the cabin itself was completely inadequate. There was **no heating, no hot water, no functioning shower, and no Wi-Fi**—basic amenities one would reasonably expect. The room was dimly lit with only one working light, making the space feel unwelcoming.
Paying **$340** for such poor conditions is unacceptable. I checked out the next day, deeply disappointed, and will certainly not be returning. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service and facilities for future guests.
