This was our favorite hotel we stayed in! The staff was so kind and helpful, the rooms were decently sized and comfortable, and the onsen was beautiful. They are tattoo-friendly which was great for my partner and I to be able to enjoy the onsen culture. It was in a very convenient but quiet location, with plenty of shops nearby and great food options, and the hotel was so budget friendly for the experience you received.
