A bit old world - keys for door locks, tvs quite small given the overall opulence & comfort level of the hotel, and the ability to stream shows from the iPhone to tv was a bit hit and miss. Great place to stay. Seemed like a business hotel but extremely accommodating for families and the rooms are very large. The staff was awesome and the hotel is older but very well kept, clean, and very pretty!

The staff was top notch, great service. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not a far walk from the busy shopping areas. The hotel is dated a little, but well kept. Reminds me of more classic style Japan.
