Location is a 10/10 as is service ! But this was just entirely too small of a room. No closet, no dresser, the sink doubles as the shower which was kinda cool but just goes to show how tight the space is. If you can happily live out of your suitcase while here, it’s a great choice!

The staff are very courteous and helpful. The moment we arrived we felt like we are VIPs. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the location is conveniently located ( just 5 mins away from the beautiful Kyoto station). They also have luggage storage, allowing us to explore right away. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very short stay here because we extended our trip by one day, and our original hotel was fully booked, but we were pleasantly surprised by this property. The location is excellent—just steps from public transportation. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location can’t be better. It’s right next to Kyoto station and among numerous shops and restaurants. The room is clean and everything works. The staff is friendly. Check in/out are quick. Highly recommend, and I will stay here again next time I visit Kyoto.
