The location is excellent; literally right in front of Kyoto Station. There are a cafe and restaurant in the same building and Tsujiri cafe, Starbucks and a big souvenir store just a minute away. The room is slightly dated but clean and well kept. The stuff was very nice and helpful.

Great location for getting around Kyoto straight across from Kyoto station and right next to Kyoto Tower . Friendly and helpful staff made check in and early bag drop an easy process. Rooms were decent size and clean with modern facilities and styling. Nice quiet hotel. Would definitley recommend for anyone looking as Kyoto for a base for day trips out to Osaka , Hiroshima and surrounds. Would be nice if they had an Onsen facility but for the pricing it’s hard to find fault with this hotel. Would happily stay again.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient since it's right across the street from Kyoto station, making transportation access very easy. Their's also a coffee shop and restaurant on the first floor. I highly recommend!
