The Hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly, polite and english speaking. The only issue i had was that its 0.6 miles away from Gojo train station which will take about 15 minutes

The breakfast was excellent and delicious. There were many varieties and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The laundry facilities were very good. I did not have to wait. The hotel was full of people but the room and hallways were very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are always great. I've stayed at this hotel during 3 of my trips to Kyoto. It's in a good location between the station and some great morning/evening attractions in case you miss buses.

The breakfast price was reasonable but the food quality could be improved. We stayed in Comfort Inn in Tokyo and their breakfast was much better. In this hotel, they don’t offer fresh fruit but some canned fruits. We stayed 5 nights and the breakfast was almost the same every day. There are supermarkets closed by, I would recommend you to buy fresh fruits and breakfast there.
