"Its not a resort. Bar open only in evening. 40 floor viewing area closed at best time in evening. Pool closed during 80 degree day. No place to sit except for a few chairs in front of laundry. Lobby ridiculously busy . Long lines waiting for check in and baggage and shuttle. Rooms ridiculously small. ..."
