Great location.

Good location for shopping and restaurants. Very noisy rooms, big gaps around doors. Door to small balcony had no lock. Breakfast was a free for all, if the toaster was working you would struggle to get a seat as the area had not enough space for the number of guests. The pool had a great outlook from the roof but we never saw a single staff member up there including what looked like a derelict bar that they strangely promoted on their website and also in the lobby. Rang the front desk three times to get a towel, never came. For the price and location you can get much much better. We have stayed in Kuta many times over the years and we saw the hotel get built but now it is part of a different chain.

Zen Zia hotel

Grateful the staff provided western food at breakfast whilst most buffet food tailored to indian guests. Hepful, friendly staff. Thank you.

Staff good,, location good, pool good

Staff are very friendly and helpful some don't have great English so you need to improvise. Location is good but can hear road noise. No balcony to sit on, rooms are nice not huge but have everything you need. Pool on top of building is Good size but there's no shelter up there so you can't sit out there its just way too hot. Has a small gym its alright. Breakfast not good. It was pleasant for the price bit don't worry about breaky

Good hotel great staff

Water smelled when shower / tap opened in bathroom , it seems to be ok after running tap for couple of minutes. We haven't used tap water to clean our teeth, kept mouth shut when showering.

Bang for your buck: Pros: Awesome staff, Awesome location, above avg HI Express breakfast, grocery store less than 2 min walk, laundry next door, pool is kept clear & clean. Cons: little tiny bugs in room but same bugs were in Symenyak & Ubud different hotels. Nothing a quarterly pest control spray couldn't take care of. AC filter was clogged; replaced immediately. Visible mold / mildew around AC vent frame. Room had faint mildew smell especially in bathroom. Summary: Yep, I'd go back because of Kut Square location.

Mycket bra hotell, rekommenderas!!

Mycket bra hotell för en billig peng. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rent och snyggt överallt men lite skavanker finns alltid. Bra frukost men saknades pannkakor, men finns möjlighet att specialbeställa ägg om man vill. Gymmet var inte det största och bästa men fungerar om man är lite kreativ. Bodde 3 nätter och kommer absolut bo där igen!!
