I like the location easy access to everything you need very close to the airport also. I didn't like when staff not honest for example I had a spa treatments which suppose to be 4 hours treatment but the girl rush it up and only provided me with 2.5 to 3 hours treatment which was very disappointing. Another example is that the front reception pushing you to use hotel transport but charges you triple amount of a taxi fare to the airport just because you are a foreigner they think you are a rich man. So honesty is first and should be prioritised at this hotel. The pictures not matching the hotel 100% which was disappointing too.

After an investigation with our team, here we would like to offer you an explanation with regards. Regarding the airport transfer, here we are working together with local transport without taking any profit from this business. We only help our guest who would like to get transportation, either for touring our airport transfer. However, we would be more than happy to assist our guest to call a taxi, if they wish to have a taxi as well. Please inform our staff if you would like to have a taxi as your transportation. Furthermore, regarding your 4 hours treatment is including manicure/ pedicure (60 minutes), and you take it in the end of the treatment. Since your fingers are clean, our staff do it faster than usual. Our staff offer you a hand/ foot massage to complete the manicure/ pedicure treatment, however you were refuse it. We are encouraged to keep delivering the best and only the best service as always. We apologize for the miscommunication between you and our staff, and we understand your disappointment. We wish you a much more fun holiday in Bali in the future!

Great hotel. There is room for improvement on the upkeep of the facilities such as the showers needs curtains or door, drainage in the tub is very poor, need drawers for clothes. Overall I did enjoy my stay and would stay here again.

Only thing preventing this hotel to be a top class hotel is that the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel itself and facilities need better attention.

OK

Pros: Ordinary
Cons: Shower system, ie, older people grab rail, as bath is very slippy, nor enough drawers for clothing, the access to the pool is ridiculous.
Location: Plenty
Happy ok. Not great. wont be back sorry. see below.

Nice hotel, central, good price

Pros: Pool room access is great with small children. Rooms are a good size and are always spotless. Money exchange in hotel has excellent rates
Cons: The shower needs a curtain or door on it. The drainage is very poor andthere is always a high risk of slipping. This is a problem in all rooms.
Location: Walking distance to all three shopping centres in Kuta. No direct beach access but still very easy to walk to.
Have stayed before and will again. The shower problem really needs addressing but other than that couldn't fault it

Short distance to beach, and discovery mall

Pros: The staff, venue entertainment, location
Cons: The front desk could offer street maps, or items of interest upon arrival
Location: 5-10 minute walk to the ocean, if you walk through the discovery mall.
A good place to stay for a great price. Nice staff, that helped with every question.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
