The pool on the roof with the view of Kuta beach and the sunsets to die for was great. Breakfast was always good except the tea and coffee. Staff was always helpful and kind, will miss them for sure.

The location of this Hotel was great. Staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. There were no windows to the outside world so you never knew what time of the day it was. The window that was there had a mirror and a fake plant there. The bathroom was a nightmare, dirty, no hand towels, facecloths in the 7days, the shower was only ever lukewarm. The breakfast was always good but the tea & coffee yek. pool area was clean and tidy and the staff up there was great. Lovely sunsets & a great view. We were up there when the earthquake hit and no staff seemed to know what to do. We tried to contact the hotel via 4 emails to confirm that a car was going to be sent to pick us up from the airport and never got a reply, still waiting for one and confirmed on check in after having to catch a taxi that the e-mail address was correct (it was) We had 3 rooms booked for the 7 of us and we all felt the same.So over all the location and beds were great other stuff needs attention, We would not go back there to stay I am sorry to say. Bali was great and will be going back just not to Kutabex Beach Front Hotel

Nice hotel close to the beach.
But the rooms are on Lower Ground floor without any sun light.

The hotel itself is in a perfect location, right across from the beach but there were no windows in our hotel room. The room was nice and clean but constantly had problems with the hot water system Breakfast was disappointing, didn’t cater to foreign visitors which is something we probably would have liked to know beforehand.
The pool and service was good.
