Okura Hotels & Resorts - accommodation in Kokubunji

there is long hair in the unused towel. I reported to front on the first day, after replacement of towel, there is still another long hair in the replaced towel.

We booked this hotel at the last minute, after missing our connecting flight to Osaka, and overall we could not have been more impressed with it, our room was spotless, the staff were extremely welcoming, and the breakfast was out of this world, I fully intend to stay here again on any future trip to Tokyo with we

As people NOT visiting Tokyo Disneyland the location is a bit isolated, though the nearby (less than a 5 minutes walk) Shiomi Station connects one quickly to the rest of the immense city. Beautiful onsen facilities, a very good quality breakfast option, & the staff are friendly & helpful. Rooms are smart & spacious. 👍👍 A good grocery store & several good restaurants are also steps away (Excellent burgers etc @ SHIOMI SKIPPERS' & Indian food @ Darjeeling Spice Shiomi), with more coming shortly located beneath the train tracks across from the hotel’s west-side entrance.
