Great Locations. Small and quiet which we love. Great Seaview from the hotel. 3 minutes walk to the beach as hotel not directly on the sandy beach. Buffet breakfast is average. Overall would recommend this place. P.S. we booked at the last minute so get good deal for the price :)

Property was sufficient for our needs. However, the beach side area was in pretty poor condition. Unbelievable that towels were not available on several occasions. The rooms bathroom also needs a good renovation. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Fantastic hotel right on the beach and only a short walk to Fishermans Village. Staff were very good, breakfast was supurb and room was clean, spacious and well maintained.

Better end of chaweng beach with not so many tourists walking along the beach. Good swimming (except for blue ring jelly fish- dangerous - which is this time of year only). Good restaurants across the road and a great bar further down to the left... Keep walking till you see the bamboo chairs and the bright Christmas lights ( looks like a scene from Gilligans Island). Great cheap cocktails 99baht !!!!😁. 4th visit to Koh Samui and 1st time to kirikayan but will stay here in future. Lovely friendly staff. I told them it was my husbands birthday during our stay and they checked his passport and that morning at breakfast they gave him a cake with candles and sang!!!! It was so thoughtful. It's these little things that you rate your experience on.
