If you’re bothered by smoke give this one a pass

The hotel was clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable with new fittings and furniture. Unfortunately it smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. In my experience this is not unusual in Japan.

禁煙のお部屋希望だったのですが、無かったので喫煙可能の部屋で消臭対応をしていただきました。お部屋はとても綺麗でタバコの臭いは全くなく、快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、コンビニは駅まで行かなければならず、もう少し近かったらなとは思いました。
