Not spacious, but greatly comfortable, overall.

Overall very good to stay, but just one disappointed was a reception guy when we checked in. He firstly insisting that the hotel would not provide a linen(towel, tooth brush, etc.) and breakfast services for my son under their hotel policy. Sounds too much protective stance, and made us very unhappy. He should be re-educated.

Located in a lovely area of Kobe. Good sized bedroom. Best of all is their French breakfast. I was instantly transported back to Province, France. Will definitely be back again.
