足が不自由な人への配慮が残念

私は足が悪く杖を使って、ゆっくり歩いているのですが、その事を伝えているのに、タクシーを呼んで貰った際、５分程度で来ますからフロントで待って下さいと言われフロントに行くと、10分か15分かかります…と。フロント前には低い椅子しかない為、苦労して部屋に戻るとフロントから電話があり「タクシーきました」…日頃から歩く事に不自由の無い方は、私のような歩く事だけで大変な人の事を理解して頂く事が難しいのは 分かっています。 ホテルくらいは配慮が欲しいと思います。
