Nice room, comfortable enough. The breakfast is superb, traditional Japanese breakfast! Great location, few steps from Kobe Grand Station and few steps from the harbor and the Mosaic! The staff is great, very friendly and professional!

Location from Kobe Station was excellent. Hotel is visible from the station, only a couple of minutes walk. Coffee machine on 2 microwave and ice machine on 3. We didn’t have breakfast it was 2200yen, but the area was very nice with comfortable chairs and even a ping pong table and games. Quick train ride to Sannomiya for the Loop Bus for all the tourist sights etc, we had a 2 day pass bought at the Tourist Information Centre of the station and the staff there were lovely and helpful. The Life Supermarket was just up the street from the hotel, nice fresh food and pizza that we heated up at the hotel.
