CONS: -Receptionist that checked us in took a phone call while checking me in causing her to double charge me and take much longer than should have. -Non-smoking room had small smell of smoke but bathroom REEKED of smoke anytime you turned on the fan. -Advertised Free Breakfast consisted of Coffee, Juice, and/or your choice of pack of crackers or chewy bar. PROS: -Felt safe -Lots to eat around the property. -Bed was very comfortable and room felt clean besides the smoke smell.

The manager forces the housekeeping staff to start knocking on doors at 9am and check out isn't until 11am. My fiancee has terminal cancer and was up most of the night and they knocked on our door at 9:16 am. When my fiancee asked for his supervisors contact information he refused to give it to him then went on to tell my fiancee he'd never get his info.

I never ever complain, but this room was bad , entire room was damp, no WiFi so no tv, no heat would blow and the safety lock on the door was gone . It wouldn’t be so bad if it was a reasonable price for the night but with the ut game it was 140 bucks with tax
