Guests will enjoy full access to the entirety of the home, providing a private and comfortable oceanfront retreat during your stay. Please note that utility spaces located underneath the cottage and a few designated supply closets inside will be securely locked for safety and maintenance purposes.

Damage Protection – Peace of Mind for Your Stay

Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-refundable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages — like spills, scratches, or a broken dish — so you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-free. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
