Create unforgettable memories at this charming OCEANFRONT condo! Only steps from the beach, Duck Tales at Colony by the Sea provides a modern, comfortable home for you during your vacation. Ideal for friends traveling together, a small family, or a romantic escape, this top (3rd) floor condo features a spacious master king bedroom with an attached full bath that is perfect for a night of rest after a long day at the beach. Along with a second full bath conveniently located off the hallway, bunk beds set back into an alcove provides a more private sleeping spot for the kids. The comfortable living room sofa also folds out into a queen bed for when extra sleeping space is needed.

Sip your coffee on the oceanfront balcony and watch the sunrise from the tall adirondack chairs or the outdoor dining table for 4. Then, go make some breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Choose to sit inside at the 4-person dining table or outside, either on the balcony overlooking the ocean or at the picnic tables located in the common grilling/picnic area.

This condominium also offers a full suite of community amenities including a large private outdoor pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, basketball court, playground, and a nice grilling/picnic area for those perfect summer evenings. Weather permitting, the pool is open beginning on Memorial Day and closes after Labor Day. Please note that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.* Community paid laundry areas are also available on the ground level of each building.
