Very comfortable

The hotel is older but in good condition. They have the best continental breakfast we have ever seen. So very accommodating. We will stay here again when we head over to Kittery, Maine.

Everything was first-class but the one exception was the speed of the internet. Loading pages often took a long time and streaming video maxed out at 480p or less, with frequent pauses. Forcing 720p resulted in more and longer pauses. I would recommend this property without reserve in all other respects. Everything is tasteful, plush and thoughtfully decorated. A pleasure to stay there. I plan to return.

Close to Kittery, right off Rte 95. Easy to get to, nice people. Friendly. Breakfast was very good but not excellent. Rooms have been upgraded but not 5 star. Our room had a very slightly musty scent. This is our second stay and we will likely return.

Booked last minute, for the price I pay’d I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, laminate flooring, and a clean fresh duvet cover. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection.

The room was clean. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but we were only there one night so it was manageable. Anything longer and I would have needed a foam mattress pad or something. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent for a quick bite. Nice place for a low price.

Is it fancy? No, it’s not. But it’s charming and much less expensive than the chain hotels in the area. Our room was clean, had a queen bed, microwave & fridge, AC, fan, thermostat for heat, cable tv, dresser, night stand, and a small table & 2 chairs. The standard hotel stuff was there, too - instant coffee & tea, toiletries & hair dryer in the bathroom. Front desk staff gave directions for local sites of interest. Continental breakfast was good - yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels, gluten free granola, muffins, and tasty coffee! The Kittery/Portsmouth area has a lot to explore. We’ll stay at Kittery Inn & Suites again if we’re in the area.
