House had not been cleaned

No advice on where to find keys (I had to message the host to ask where I should look for them)
There were no keys to be found.
Host said he would send someone over with keys.
Many emails and phone calls to get someone out to tell us, an hour after check in, to be told by the parents of the host, there are no keys. Had to wait outside for a locksmith to cut new keys.
No tea towels
No light in bedroom
No dining table/chairs
Not enough towels
Bbq doesn’t work
Not enough drinking glasses
Frypans filthy. Has been put away with 2cm of grease. We cleaned and used foil in order to use it.
Exhaust fan in ensuite won’t turn off unless air conditioning is turned off.
Oven absolutely filthy
No washing machine (was advertised)
No hand towels/ face washers
No bath mats
Beds un made
No fridge/freezer
No microwave
Negative comments from a year ago contain many of our complaints. Not addressed.
Promised a refund for one of the two nights we’re staying by the parents of the host and the host.
This house should not be on the Stayz listing.
As it was listed with Stayz, I expect the responsibility to be up to you to follow it up.
As yet I have not received a refund.
