The studio features a cozy Queen bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, along with complimentary coffee supplies to jumpstart your mornings. The only two things that I will mention so that you're aware of them is that the bathroom sink did drain very slowly. The only other thing and it's not even a complaint it's just so that you're aware is there's not enough slant in the floor for the shower. The water does out so far to actually makes its way to the bathroom sink . Didn't know if you wanted to put down a little curb or bumper to keep the water closer to the shower drain. I had a very relaxing stay

We had a great stay! The property is super cute, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect - quiet but still a close walk to everything. The room had everything we needed, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The women working reception were also great to work with.The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, although it was listed as is. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it.

Intimate space for a couple to spend a few nights in the tropics, close enough to Duval and Whitehead that you don’t have to drive to bars or restaurants but also far enough away to stay out of the more crowded areas. Room was very clean upon arrival and amenities of property were nice as well

Everything was great, just the AC is super loud. We're also not used to living that small, but I can't ding him for that. To be honest, the AC noise is the only knock. There's no option for a 4.5 rating, and that’s what I'd give it.

Great use of every square inch of this guest house and a good place to crash for a couple of nights. Nice little pool. Definitely needs a better AC unit that doesn't make so much noise, though. That was the biggest drawback and why I would not recommend room 4.
