The room (2 queen / suite) was decent, and a solid choice as far as lodging goes. The pool was pretty good too. The hotel is currently renovating its restaurant and bar though, so food (including breakfast) experience was poor.

Great pool and convenient location! Overall, we had a nice stay here. The staff was fantastic right from check-in and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. Our room was clean and basic, nothing special, but it got the job done. The highlights for us were definitely the really nice pool area and the super convenient location with easy access to nearby stores. The shuttle was also a great perk, and the assistant was incredibly helpful in scheduling and booking our snorkeling trip.

Small rooms and a little steep in cost, but the hotel is near the main Key West area. Nice pool and provides a good selection for breakfast. Needed extra towels and sheets, and staff provided them quickly.
