Property was ok, clean. Stuff friendly. Like very much the shuttle to downtown. Breakfast was very modest. Rooms spacious, clean, but no lotion, 1 little piece of soap for 3 adults.

I will start off with the Pros: The staff were all very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The reception area in the main building and the pool/bar area were nice and well kept. Breakfast selection was good. They offer a shuttle, but after hearing other guests complain about hidden fees, we decided to use Uber. The Cons: this was more of a motel feel. Not worth it for the price. We were put in one of the outer buildings. Our room felt depressing. It was outdated and in need of repair. There were 3 separate buildings. It appeared the main building with the lobby and fitness area were kept in great shape, but the other two back buildings need some love. Definitely did not feel like I was staying in a Marriott.

The Tiki bar was very convenient, great drinks. Unfortunately restaurant closed at 6pm, wasn't aware of hours until spoke with bartender. Shuttle service to Duval street is fabulous, but hidden cost for usage not listed on website. Overall a nice place to stay & would return.

This resort offered an open air complementary breakfast buffet, not just bagels and coffee but eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, fruit, cereals, muffins, breads, quite the buffet every morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the outside bar opened just in time for lunch! The convenience of renting a bike or scooter was located on this property. The pool was awesome and you also received a shuttle to the beach and downtown. Everything was very walkable though. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Fairfield. Staff was friendly, free simple breakfast, nice pool and bar area. Only thing was rooms could be cleaner. It needed some dusting in and around the vents.

Breakfast was so blah and disgusting. Rooms were musty and need some serious updates. As a lifetime Marriott Bonvoy member I am very disappointed in the quality of this hotel at almost $450 /night.. the only good thing happening at this hotel is the shuttle to downtown.. and staff were nice.

There is no way this is a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. It is completely run down. The lobby is ok and the pool are is nice. Free breakfast was ok, basic. And there were no problems with the staff. polite and helpful. But every where else you look. it’s just terrible. Broken tiles in the elevator. Paint coming off all over the floors. Bed was lumpy and uneven. Pillows had no support. Bathroom was missing caulking in the shower. The AC was super loud and obnoxious. Between the Ac and terrible bed and pillows, couldn’t sleep at all. Maintenance working on the roof at 8:00am making all sorts of banging noise for at least 2 hours. Paid about $600 per night to stay here. It wasn’t even a hotel but looks like a converted motel with studio apartments. This is just a run-down, worn out Rodeway Inn or Motel 6 is the best way I can describe it. We were ready to leave at 2:00am the last morning as we couldn’t sleep at all. BEWARE! Don’t stay here for the exorbitant prices they charge. I wouldn’t have paid $50 to spend the night here, sorry.

For a property this old, it’s in relatively well maintained and there were employees actively painting and cleaning. I would say there needs to a remodel sometime soon and added maintenance to the rooms. There were loose shower and vanity faucets alone with towel bars and broken floor tile.
