The staff were incredible! They couldn’t do enough for us. At check in we were given a complimentary room upgrade, and when we told them it was our anniversary, they brought up a nice bottle of wine. The concierge was so lovely!

The hotel was beautiful for the age and location perfect for shopping and the gardens are directly across the street. The hotel restaurant was delicious with friendly staff throughout. Our only negative was the parking was confusing , we ended up taking tickets and paying at the machine and then being charged again by the hotel. So be sure to ask the parking process or keep your receipts to reconcile at the end maybe
