Property is out dated , staff friendly, no parking on site is a big downfall especially if you go in and out , lots of hill around so walking up and down these hills for seniors is challenging. The pool was very dirty wouldn't go in afaid of getting sick , very sad when you pay so much money and can't use all the amenities

Loved the area and was able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms felt outdated but they were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very nice and helpful!

Noticed a stain on the comforter what we slept on, good thing there was a sheet, there was a good amount of dust on the tv and surfaces. Bathroom was clean, and serve was pretty good, when I called they answered. The pool was small and cold, and right beside us is the gym. It’s awkward for both parties cause you can see each other. The glass should at least be blackened out. The building needs to be redone. At least upgrade for the money you’re paying for the rooms.

Liked the location. One of our rooms wasn’t ready until 4:30pm. Is there a small discount for how inconvenient this was?? Seagulls were so so loud even at 3am… air conditioner sounded like a door being kicked in each time it started up again. Parking not covered in Scotia Square like other hotels do. But hotel was safe, clean, and Tempo restaurant was very good. Other than room readiness and dated AC this was a great location.
