In town for quick soccer tournament

Soccer tournament in town this was the only hotel that wasn’t gouging people pricing wise and we were thrilled with our stay. Will definitely stay again when the need arises. Clean, comfortable, pool wasn’t huge but the kids had a blast so who cares.

Everything was very clean, from pulling in the parking lot to the pool and rooms. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Mall and food within a short distance. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and hot eggs, bacon, potatoes. Waffles even had chocolate chips for the kiddos. Only downside staying. I wish there was a hottub, tho the indoor pool was great. Lastly, we are late risers. Hot Breakfast stops at 9am, and checkout at 11am. Would have been great to push those an extra hour or so. Personal preference of course. Great place overall.

Customer service

Asked for top floor away from elevator week prior to check in. When checking i asked again she said sorry motel is sold out hmm parking lot is third full. I think just didnt want re enter new room number into computer alot work you know. I've stayed here numerous times since its close to mothers senior living. It is nice clean hotel just seems like way things are now customer service is lacking.
