Coastal Elegance in Historic Dock Sq Breath Again



Walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, sailing, kayaking, bike rentals, golf and more!



Fresh, Unique contemporary loft space! Bright spacious kitchen/living area. High end features and fixtures with some original rustic finishes.

The two bedrooms are both located on the second floor as well as one large full bathroom as well as a full size set of washer and dryer.
Beds are very comfortable and noted to be just firm enough. Each bedroom has a tv where you can stream your favorite apps.


The old flooring was saved during renovation on the second floor and staircase.

The first floor is open concept and includes the full kitchen and living area with a smart tv and brand new leather couch. Another 1/2 bathroom is near the entry and there's also a new outdoor shower with privacy walls as well.

The back yard is near this unit and there’s a small balcony off the spacious master bedroom.
The living room and each bedroom have ceiling fans operated from a wall switch only.
The two bedrooms are both located on the second floor as well as one large full bathroom and a full size set of washer and dryer.

Our Standard 5-Star cleaning protocols are designed to address a broad range of viruses including Covid-19.

Our Professional cleaning staff utilizes bleach-based cleaning products and disinfectants to make sure that exceptional cleaning has taken place after each guest has left, and before each new guest has arrived.

We are paying particularly close attention to all the remote controls, keypads, light switches, hand railings and any touch surfaces.

Rest assured we want to make sure that you are staying in a clean safe environment.

And while you won’t want to lay on the beach in the off season..... it’s still a beautiful place to walk and visit!

Wonderful stay

My family of four stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. We can not speak highly enough of the accommodations. The beds were so comfortable and the location can not be beat! Can’t wait to return.
