Hotel has an impressive reception area and pool. The breakfast however had very limited western options… was defiantly catering to the Muslims… we longed for baked goods… different fruit varieties … bacon… pancakes…. and the coffee was so bad we just steered clear of it by the second day. The pool was beautiful BUT the atmosphere was ruined by the constant repeat of the same 5 songs through the speakers everyday ALL day. We also had to chase down house keeping several times to acquire more toilet paper … house keeping came very late in the day sometimes after 6pm. Our room was spacious and clean .. beds comfortable and staff were all lovely. We loved the location with plenty of choice of restaurants and a shopping mall close by, everything else was a cheap GRAB ride away. Meals from the bar at the pool were delicious. Has so much potential to become a five star just needs to cater for a wider variety of traveller.

We were not happy with our room. It was near the lifts and very noisy every night for 3 nights. This was from around 10 p m to past midnight. The lift bell sounded constantly and people talking loudly. Very difficult to sleep.

I stayed my family for the weekend and just loved this place. The stay was great. Breakfast was amazing. We took a pool facing room, which was one of the good things we did. Overall Great place. However, the restaurant in the hotel which serves food to the room is not up to the mark. When asked room service for room, and he packed it up and brought is in takeway style and the food was clearly not up the mark.

Dayang Bay Resort exceeded my expectations! I requested a high-floor sea view room, and to my delight, they upgraded me to a stunning room on level 6 with a breathtaking view of Maha Tower. The view was truly unforgettable. The staff's excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Pro tip for future guests: If you can, aim for a sea view room on the sixth floor. It makes a huge difference!

Overall this hotel was lovely. Staff were fantastic ,friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is very beautiful. Location was perfect for us and our family room was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
