The cleaning staff for the rooms were excellent (Pancake). The Rooms were not well maintained (doors on the cupboards that would not work, draws that were not working) - fixed after a couple hours. Garden beds that were not weeded (fixed second day). Pool that was green and slimy and dangerous to swim in never fixed. Hotel agreed to check out now and full refund as they could not get maintained staff to fix after 5 days. So Ms Nancy (on site manager) did try to work it out.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this resort, it was a stop over travelling from Egypt to Australia. It had 3 pools and nice spacious rooms. The restaurant had a variety of options on their menu and it is a very friendly family place to stay

It’s a good hotel a little old and starting to show it’s age, as for family hotel it’s really good and the kids safari center has good staff, only down side is it’s a bit of a walk to the beach and don’t get a taxi from reception it’s expensive get one from out the front.

Quiet, clean, friendly, great pools

Pros: Friendly staff, clean, quite, relaxing, good pools,
Cons: Extend opening hours of pool
Location: Quite location but a little bit boring. Easy fixed as we had a scooter.
Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Our room was comfortable and quiet. For my liking the bed was a bit to soft, however my wife thought it was perfect. Our room was on the ground floor. Looking into the garden and pool. We walked from our veranda straight towards the pool. We loved our swims in the pool. Good water quality and well maintained grounds. I hired a scooter from a travel agent 150 meters from the hotel for some fun and independence. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
