Nestled in Kapaʻa, this delightful studio is perfect for couples or solo travelers! The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Enjoy the amazing beach view from the lanai, take relaxing walks along the beach, or jump into the pool.

The location is extremely easy for getting around the whole island. You can access multiple beaches, shops, numerous restaurants/food trucks, and not to mention having a Safeway right across the street.

Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more! I am always happy to provide recommendations if you have any questions as well.

This unit does not have AC like many places on Kauai. The trade winds provide great air flow and breeze into the unit.

Great place overall. Convenient location, beach access, easy parking, microwave and utensils, comfortable stay. The WiFi was spotty and difficult to connect at times, but it wasn't a problem because we were out most of the time and wanted a break from internet anyway. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from right outside the unit.

Unfortunately, this property was not as we expected in a couple ways.1. The bathroom window, which is pictured and is large with no curtains and directly across from the toilet, is immediately onto the main walkway of the complex, which we were not expecting. This had heavy traffic, and while the window is frosted, it was more transparent than we expected, allowing some visibility into the bathroom for passerby’s, especially at night. This lack of privacy on the toilet and in the bathroom was problematic for us.2. While we stayed there, the trade winds were not aligned with the windows of the unit, resulting in poor airflow through the unit. The host heavily advertised these trade winds to cool down the unit and eliminate the need for AC. The temperature in the unit was 80 degrees according to the gauges on the provided fans at 10 PM despite leaving the entire place aired out for 5 hours prior. We also had a bad experience because rowdy guests shot off fireworks outside our unit (it was New Year’s Eve) and our open windows resulted in smoke entering the unit and us needing to vacate the unit. This portion is completely outside of the hosts control, however, the exaggeration about airflow and the unexpected privacy were still problematic.To top it all off, the hosts were very unsympathetic and unwilling to provide a partial refund for any of the remaining nights of our stay after we vacated the property on night 1 of 4.

Host was very quick to respond when automated lock failed. Check in and out process was very simple and directions for parking were easy to navigate.
Sunrise you’ll be able to walk ~100ft to every morning!
Hawaiian monk seal landed on the beachfront outside the property! Make sure to keep 50ft away from seals and 10ft away from the sea turtles. It was cool we were able to spot one on our stay and we didn’t even have to go very far!

This beachfront studio was a great location to stay in the Kapa'a area, with direct access to a beach and ability to watch sunrises every morning. The unit itself was clean, with the king-sized bed taking up most of the main space as well. It was also nice to have beach chairs available within the unit to use during our stay.Communication with Dave was great during our time there, with detailed check-in and check-out instructions provided. There is also a shopping plaza conveniently located across the street, with a Safeway along with other shops as well. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Great place for a single or a couple to crash at the end of a day of sight seeing. Nothing exotic…basically a large hotel room…but that’s what we expected for the price and that’s what we wanted. I was pleased with the accommodations. The property was very quiet. The shower head was strong. The bed was comfortable. There were beach chairs and fins in the condo, which was much appreciated. The property is centrally located, so you can spend time on the North and South side of the island without having to drive too far. As a healthy eater, I was able to find some good options but it did take some research and at times, luck. My only complaint is that it did get a little too warm at night.

True to description, no cell service. Great place

I have T-Mobile and had no service inside the unit and it was spotty by the window. Place is as described no A/C but good cross wind and 4 tower fans to put where you like and a ceiling fan. Be sure you're aware of proximity of window to bed and toilet if you're shy. Beach is closer to the front door than the parking lot which was great.

The fact that we could stay ON the beach with a really nice room for this price was so great. If you don't need to cook your food this is a great place for you and your partner to rent for your vacation.

Great little condo, everything is listed as stated. We went in April and we were able to sleep comfortably with the windows open and fans going. The location is great for getting around the island. The bed was comfortable, and just what we needed when we were out and about all day.

Just what we needed

This vacation was about doing and exploring for us, so we really just needed a clean place to lay our heads each night and shower etc. We got that and more! Such a beautiful view of the ocean outside the condo and to fall asleep listening to the waves was so calming. No kitchenette, but has all the basics we needed!

Perfect location

Facility was better than expected. As a frequent traveler I take the marketing and photo impressions with a grain of salt. Many are overrated by a star or two but this condo complex was superb. It’s smaller than most but centrally located for easy shopping (making small meal and snack prep easy. Neighbor noise was noticeable but not overwhelming and the staff cleaned communal areas daily with a beautiful pool. beach and handy rec room. Grills were clean and easy to use. As a cyclist i enjoyed easy access to the bike/hike trail.and local bus with bike rack a short walk from the condo. Rates are reasonable for the stay

Nice place but sooo hot

Love the apartment and location but few things that were not mentioned in the listing was the lack of an AC unit and also lack of privacy due to the window in the bathroom had no blinds nor curtains. It was so hot even with the fans. I could see and hear people walking by while in the bathroom as it was the main walkway for a lot of the units in.

Clean and convenient studio.

I traveled by myself, and this stay was exactly what I needed! Location was great, parking was easy, the studio was clean and well organized. I loved that the complex has a pool right next to the beach, and the beach was very convenient to relax. Thank you David!
