I loved everything about this VRBO, from the owners to the property. Anything you needed was provided. I would highly recommend this property. The only thing is the 3 days we were there was not fun due to the weather and the State of Emergency.

It was great! The only thing I would recommend the post leaving is more paper, towel towels, and more toilet paper since there are no kitchen towels to use and being there the amount of time we were there we just ran out of a few things and had to have them bring us more! Also, if you’re planning on having six people, I would see if they could bring you an air mattress or something because the height of bed is not fit for anyone to sleep on.

The condo was beautiful, better than the pictures, and the location is perfect! The beds were very comfortable. I loved the deep soaking tub! The condo is very well furnished, has everything you need for a great stay, right down to the cooler and snorkeling gear; boogie boards too!! You get a beautiful view of the mountains AND ocean. The beach is literally steps away. The pool, lazy river, waterfalls and waterslides were so fun and the water very clean! Mai Tai's at the restaurant on site were the best on the island. The gym had everything I needed for full body workouts. There was plenty of parking and Safeway, sushi and shaved ice right across the street! The airport is a 15 minute drive away. We look forward to staying again and referring our friends and family. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo Ritchie! Our memories will last a lifetime or until we return to make more!

Single Night Stay

Unit is very nice, easy to hang out in with little kids. We had to open all the doors as it had a musty or pet odor. Kids were in the pool for hours, and the beach is right on the resort. We had a slight issue trying to get pool towels, as they said our unit was "vacant" and there were no registered guests. Overall for one night it met all our needs. Pool and bar was the best part.

Great Location and Property

We really enjoyed our time in Kauai. Since we have 2 older teens, we really wanted something bigger than a hotel room and this condo did not disappoint. It had 2 big bedrooms, a sofa with a pull out bed, and 3 bathrooms. One bathroom only had a tub, one bathroom only had a shower, and the other bathroom had a tub and shower. All of the bathrooms had toilets and sinks which was very helpful with 2 teenagers. The condo was very well stocked and had plenty of beach equipment. With the Safeway across the street, we ate most of our meals at the condo which saved so much time and money. And we only had to buy food, because the condo had everything else we needed. Our host was very responsive when we reached out. The condo was at a great location. We were able to easily get to Weimea Canyon, the lighthouse and everything in between from the condo while still being close to the airport. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the resort, and the beautiful beach at the resort was quiet and felt secluded anytime we went there. We were able to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning at the beach too. We loved Kauai and this condo made our time there even better. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Wonderful condo

This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!
