Not the best but I've seen worse

The chain lock for inside the door was broken off, some people were outside my room parked in the middle of the lot being loud at 130am. I just wanted to sleep and feel safe but I never did.

When we showed up to the hotel they hadn't even have my room ready. I reserved it online through hotels.com two weeks in advance and that happened. It's the first time ever it has happened to us... I was disappointed since I booked a two queens beds since it was for two adults and a child so we can be comfortable and they gave us a full size bed and a couch which the couch wasn't comfortable especially the price I paid for... and not only that we stayed for two nights. We won't stay there again.

I made this reservation through trivago, and what a mistake that was. When I got to the hotel at 7 o’clock that evening, there was no reservation. I looked at my email and two hours before I had received a reservation announcement that there were no rooms available. Haven’t been driving all day, I had not checked my email to know the room had been canceled. When I made the reservation that morning, I received a confirmation. Every hotel in the area was sold out. The gal at the front desk kept looking and looking until she remembered that someone had canceled but not been put in the system yet. I don’t know what we would have done. The front desk person was so accommodating. She did everything she could to help us. Thank you for such a great experience.

We stayed for a night out of the 3 we booked, since we had an emergency. They promised they'd honor our cancelation since Expedia approved it, but they never provided approval from their side. The night we did stay there the room was dirty, we found dead cockroaches and it smelled weird.

Main light as you come in door was out. No hot water at night. Front desk said it was due to alot of checkins. Had hot water in the morning. Room updated and looked nice but flooring had gaps, so not very well done. "Adequate" ...if thats what youre looking for.

My stay was not enjoyable.

I found several issues during my stay. First, there was a black spot left in the bathtub. I also got bitten by a mosquito on my foot. The lighting was so dim that I struggled to wash my face and apply my makeup. Additionally, the desk chair was dusty. When I left my room at 3 AM to retrieve some aspirin from my car, I encountered problems with my key card. The front door wouldn't open, so I went to the front desk for assistance, but they were unable to fix the card. After an hour of waiting, an employee had to manually open the door for me. Overall, the hotel needs to improve in several areas: updating the door system, providing better lighting, and ensuring thorough cleaning.

It is a good option for short stay. However, the rooms smell smoke a lot, and the cleaness do not look good when there are a lot of roaches in your room. The breakfast is good and lobby facilities as well.
