Reserved a king size bed and that was a legit thing but unfortunately the bed was hard as rocks and it is definitely time to renew the pillows. They were so flat. Bed sheets gave me and my husband rug burns. The pool was absolutely freezing and dont think they clean it much as therewere numerous hairballs at the bottom. Breakfast was really good and staff was friendly

Terrible place. The elevator kept breaking down, phones didn’t work, room keys were deactivated before check out time and we got locked out of our room. Front desk staff was not helpful. Other guests had the same experience.

Pet friendly hotel but we didn’t bring a pet yet I felt our room smelled like there was a dog in it. The linens had stains on them. The doors had scratches on them which looked like a dog was scratching at the doors. Door security latch was on crooked, toilet paper roll was falling off wall. Just little details not up to standards. Our room had exposed pipes in a cutout area which appeared to have something missing like an appliance or sink? There were hookups for something and it wasn’t there. Coffee pot in room left a lot to be desired as did breakfast. Cold, gray sausage that did not look appealing. Staff was friendly yet two police officers entered the building in the evening of our stay so not sure what that was about because it appeared to be a safe neighborhood.

There were roaches in the bathroom and when I woke up I drank my Gatorade and there was a roach in it!!!!! I have pictures! Then staff accused us of being loud called and banged on our door. Turns out it was the people next to us. Horrible stay.

Clean/ quiet a bit off the beaten path from others

A bit off the beaten path from all other motels. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good - nothing spectacular. Only recommendation I would have is to keep families with pets on the 1st floor. I don't like meeting them in the halls or in the elevator.

The building it self is really nice however it was constructed of wood and so sound travels throughout the entire structure. My family and I rented the one bedroom suite, which is their premier room, and we could hear every person who entered the building due to the continuity of sound from the stairwell through the structure. The suites are located on the ends of the building where the stairs are so if you rent these rooms be prepared to be woken up by suitcases being dragged up and down the stairs at any given time in the day or night. Also be prepared to hear the outside doors slam as well. The staff however is wonderful! The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was ok, Typical generic hotel breakfast you would expect anywhere, nothing special but not bad. The common areas were very nice and kept well. I would be happy to stay here again but I would definitely stay away from the end suites.

Sheets had dark gray stains. The beds are hard and made of some kind of memory foam. The beds are worn and have indentions from other guests. Bathroom rug was worn thin and had holes. The rooms are clearly refurbished and roughly painted. Bathrooms are stained. Breakfast was the usual, however the gravy came from a crockpot on the counter and had the consistency of half dried glue. Bought a box of Cliff bars to get by for the four days. The hotel will get you by, but its not up to par for most.

Great hotel for our weekend away

Our stay was great! We had an issue with our TV when we arrived, brought it up to the front desk and they had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast with plenty of seating room. Didn't use the gym or the pool, but both looked really nice
