Ac did not work the first night, after the room ac worked the hotel was still hot in the hallways, needs fixing and updating, road construction around hotel is not convenient, very noisy slamming doors all night, staff knew ac was broken in our room and did not tell us until after we checked in to room. Will not stay here again have stayed at better hotels Us before checking in

Quick stay

Hotel had AC issues & only 1 slow elevator worked. Room carpets need to be either shampooed or replaced. Room was clean. Hotel was safe but had a smell. Construction in the area make it difficult to get to quickly.(not hotels fault)

The place is ok and I’d stay again if I needed to. The pool was small and didn’t seem like had the proper chemistry. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. The main issue was the noise. I don’t know if the people above us were having a raging party or if the walls and floors are paper thin but it was so loud we couldn’t fall asleep untill around midnight when everyone went to bed. We ended up just leaving the second evening and driving home because the noise above us was so bad.

The room was pricey due to softball tourney. Definitely expected so much better!! The facility seems run down. Upon arrival we were staying with our softball team and the lobby felt like it had no AC. It was a hot weekend. Got to our room, it was 75F and felt wet and smelled severely of mold. Staff didn’t seem to care about concerns. We had no choice but to tough it out and stay, but the room never cooled down and we spent most of the night coughing from the wetness and mold. I will not stay here again.

We have stayed at this holiday inn express before and its been good. This stay was not as good. The exit to get to the hotel was closed and there was a detour to get there. That was not the hotels fault. We were on the 4th floor and the the elevator was not working off and on during our stay. The desk clerk did offer to move us to a 1st floor room if they didn't get it fixed. We kept our room it was a nice suite. The second day the AC wasn't working, they came right away and reset it. All in all our stay was good just unexpected troubles.The service was good just technical issues.
