Staff is always friendly and attentive. The room - varies by room, honestly. I have had some nice rooms in good condition and others that need attention. This week's room needs attention - carpet is torn, walls have stains, vents need cleaning, and in general, needs updating.

Beautiful front entrance (We loved the horse statue and antler chandeliers). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very clean everywhere, including our room!! However, the room we stayed in was outdated and would benefit from some repairs. Shower/bathtub has small holes/scratches, also there isn’t a functioning vent fan in bathroom. Very old outdated thermostat & AC/Heat Unit (in working condition). TV in room has a dark picture. Breakfast in morning was good, standard American. All in all, it was a good stay!

The staff was friendly and accommodating but the rooms were very outdated. The furniture was old with tons of scratches and chunks out of the furniture. The walls were almost stained like yellowish. We got the suite with the jetted tub and thought the tub was nice- it was also outdated. I don’t think it was worth the $250+ we paid for.

The hotel needs maintenance and a remodel. The toilet tank was not filling up on its own so we had to take the lid off and open the valve. The sink faucet handle was loose and about to fall off. The hotel looks worn and in need of a refresh. I DID sleep well, though. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner provided consistent white noise without clanking or buzzing, so I appreciated that.
