If you need something cheap it's not bad. Needs more upkeep and some work on the bathrooms. Not real clean but got by for a weekend.

I had higher expectations of what Olathe was like. Never been here before. Looked for a decent restaurant but found neighborhoods so bad that I felt unsafe parking anywhere. Drove to Overland Park instead where things looked much better.

Nice Contemporary Hotel at Reasonable Price

Comfortable and clean. Seems like a newer property. Very good service. Contemporary decor. One of the better Best Western Plus properties that I've stayed at.

I really loved the hot tub, the temperature was perfect. I didn’t like the service and not having any towels in the pool area. When we checked in the front desk attendant was not very friendly, no smile on her face, when I asked for towels she took a second to acknowledge me. Coming from someone who works at a hotel myself I wasn’t to pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the comforter had stains on it. Only 2 towels (body) In the room. The mattress itself was the best thing in the room.

When we arrived it was after the time to check in however our room was not ready yet. Which is not a big deal , the staff was apologetic . I decided to freshen up in the public restroom .It was wet like it had been flooded. When we came back later to check in we found our room was 89° and smelled like a wet dog.the staff gave us our money back and we left.

They would not adjust our reservation due to a blizzard. There should be exceptions for weather. I’m not going to risk our lives to make a reservation. I called in advance and they could have sold our room. I will never stay at a Best Western again. Hilton properties are way more accommodating

It was unpleasant

It was just…..dirty and run down. The overall condition of the property is broken features in the room (our fridge and our coffee pot) heavily chipped doors and trim, stained carpet and sheets, dusty tables in the breakfast area, broken wheel on the cart/trolley, broken back door, keys that needed to be reprogrammed everyday…..:just not a clean property. We only had one full size towels, burned out light bulbs, HORRIBLE parking lot….:don’t look at the ceiling in the pool area. Sigh. Very very disappointed.
