Our family stay at Soki Kanazawa coincided with the 1st Jan earthquake. The staff were amazing throughout, and took care to ensure we were safe and protected from the impending Tsunami alert. They are to be commended for their calm manner through such a stressful time for all. Earthquakes aside, we had a fantastic stay and loved everything about Soki. The hotel has a very clean and modern ambience, the location is great just opposite the markets, and within walking distance of everywhere. Will definitely choose to stay again.

Lovely hotel. The best we have stayed at in Japan. Beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size. Very clean and the amenities were awesome. Loved the linen set to wear around the hotel.

Service, Location & the quality of the hotel is one the best I had stayed in Japan. Thing could improved was. Recommendation of restaurant around for those don’t have enough time to explore. Breakfast is super nice. But if you have 5 day in a row it might be a little bit too much. Also a bit of explanation of the dishes will be helpful. Thanks really love it.

Clean, modern hotel that's within walking distance to all the tourist sites and Omicho market. Two specific areas of improvement: it would be great if the breakfast is changed on alternate days and a better, slightly thicker toilet roll.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The only complaint would be that the rooms were very hot. We liked the convenient location across from Omichiya Market.
