Nice hotel with a good communal bath. Rooms ( a twin) fairly small though that is typical of Japan, they only clean the room every 3 nights, if under that you can ask for fresh towels only.

What excelled for me was the service of the reception. Most of them are fluent in English, extremely helpful and helped us to forward the luggage’s to Nagano. The interior of the hotel was done well, comfy beds and nice arrangement. The improvements I wish to see and hope they consider is to remove the plastic carpeting and replace with tiles for better clean ability in the bathroom area because those absorb stains and it’s disgusting to see it. And add luggage racks.
