The hotel was well placed to use as a base for out exploring of the city. The staff were very helpful, the facilities were clean, but the room had issues. Our fridge wasn’t working, the bidet wasn’t working, the bed was extremely hard, the pillows were very uncomfortable and the room air conditioning was centrally controlled meaning you had no control over room temperature, only fan control, even on low the room became very cold very quickly, but turned off, it warmed up very quickly so you needed it on.

This property was a real Gem, a nice clean hotel, close to a station, shopping and fish market nearby. The onsen and restaurant in the hotel were fantastic! Easily my nicest stay so far out of my japan trips!

NEGATIVE - Outdoor pool was inaccessible due to maintainance, bathroom not fully cleaned properly before occupying. Bathroom very small for north americans. PLUS - was very close to train station and pedal bike rental shop.

Very good hotel within walking distance to buses and trains.Very good eating options nearby. Excellent accommodation and great and helpful staff.Would definitely recommend.

Public bath need some work, floor abit thin as we had elephant staying above us. Even at past midnight we can still here the person stormping around, disturbing our sleep.
