Room was not overly Clean. Asked for the Maid to clean my room but came back that evening and it wasn't touched. Went to front desk and was advised that I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door at 11:15 a.m. I said Yes, I took it down at 11:45 when we left the Hotel. The maid was doing the room across from me when I asked her to do my room. He said it's your word against hers and the sign at 11:15 said do not disturb. I explained again when I left the room and discussion I had with the maid. Pretty much called me a Lier when he turrned and walked away Oct 7 / 2025 evening. The front desk lady asked if she could get me anything. I asked for coffee and sugar. She politely got items and apologized for the other front desks staff behavior. Won't ever Return!!

The staff were the silver lining to this hotel. Everyone was super friendly. However, the cost of the hotel did not match what you get. The rooms are very overpriced for cheap toiletries, uncomfortable beds and linens

I just check out 2days ago. All the front desk staff and restaurant workers are very helpful and nice. This Hotel is in Kananaskis about 25min drive to Canmore and 1hr to Banff. Hotel doesn't offer shuttles. No shuttles run from this place only "Swift" bus public transit and three sisters Taxi. nothings direct to Canmore, Banff and anywhere else. Too far from all my listed places to visit, so I decided to rent my own car via "Turo The helicopter tour ride is on the other side of this hotel. Other than that this hotel is clean and nice.

We couldn't sleep; our rooms were close to the laundry room and the whole night there was a cart movement and a loud washer and drier noise, I highly recommend them to move their laundry room to a basement or run them during the day.

Just outside Canmore and short drive into Calgary and Banff. It’s an older hotel that has had some updates so it is clean. Simple stay, clean and affordable.

Check in was easy, up to the room, it was dirty with an odd smell throughout the halls. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were nice. The bathroom had been updated and was clean, the toilet had a leak and ran constantly. The wifi cut out continuously. The Cable box cut out every 1-2 minutes tried rebooting and gave up. The in room safe was a safe in the closet on the floor, not secured to anything. The pool was very dirty, from bugs hair & bandaids floating around it was a quick turn around to leave. For over $400/night would have thought standards would be better for cleanliness & comfort.

The hotel was a short drive from Chief Hector reserve whare we were guests for a couple of days. We didn't take part in any casino activities, but was generally happy with our room and the property. Our fridge started leaking on our last day, but other then that no issues.
