Our room was clean and all staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant had great service and food was delicious. The bar staff were all pleasant and prompt with service. We will recommend this resort to our family and friends We had a great time

The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were also clean. The hallway was load, the doors slamming from other rooms. The casino was ok, there was only one dealer that was fun the other ones didn’t smile, didn’t engage made us feel like a inconvenience

Room was not overly Clean. Asked for the Maid to clean my room but came back that evening and it wasn't touched. Went to front desk and was advised that I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door at 11:15 a.m. I said Yes, I took it down at 11:45 when we left the Hotel. The maid was doing the room across from me when I asked her to do my room. He said it's your word against hers and the sign at 11:15 said do not disturb. I explained again when I left the room and discussion I had with the maid. Pretty much called me a Lier when he turrned and walked away Oct 7 / 2025 evening. The front desk lady asked if she could get me anything. I asked for coffee and sugar. She politely got items and apologized for the other front desks staff behavior. Won't ever Return!!
