Hotel was not very clean. Elevators carpets had a lot of smell even the corridors of the hotel rooms were dirty and the paint was peeling off breakfast room was too overcrowded and the waiting time was 20 to 30 minutes for one family. They were not a lot of vegetarian choices. there are no dining choices nearby the hotel very isolated place.

Excellent stay! Gorgeous facilities, friendly staff, excellent food and drink available! The outdoor hot tub was the perfect temperature. The balcony overlooking the trees and with a view of the mountains was top notch. Only issue is upon check-out I wasn’t told I would still need my room key to leave the underground parking. Usually, you scan to get in only, and when you leave, the doors are simply motion detecting. Thus, I gave both keys back at the front desk and was stuck inside the underground. I called the front desk, they said they’d send someone down in 5 minutes. I waited about 15 before another guest had to leave the hotel and let me follow them out. So, if you plan to use underground parking, keep one key with you! There is a slot to roll down your window and drop it in after you exit. All in all, had a lovely time and will for sure be staying again

Beautiful, family friendly and wheelchair accessible. Good food and fun activities like s'mores making and board games in front of the fire. However, the waterpark wasn't open and the current pool is not that kid friendly. Came with my father who is handicapped and they no longer allow handicapped parking by the entrance- you have to park underground. There is a lot of false signage to the elevator underground and our room was very far away. It was difficult to tote my toddler, push a wheel chair, and pile all the bags on my back with no luggage carts and several wrong turns to false "elevators" on the way to our rooms

Check in was unorganized and took an hour and they moved our rooms and they weren’t ready at 4 pm check in time. One of the front desk staff were rude and did not care or even attempt to resolve the issues or concerns.

Really lovely property. Scenic views . We attended a wedding and it was beautiful . There is a kids play room which I think could be expanded with more games for the kids but it was helpful to have a ping pong table and a few videogames. The waterslide was not open but the activities at the resort were great!

This is a great location but needs some work. Check in was late and we should have been comped. Elevators looked tired. Bathrooms need upgrades. Food was good. Having wine and beer from the US is not good. And construction and all of the things closed was not good.
