Delightful place to stay for our 1st visit to Kona. Everything was clean and worked fine, including kitchen appliances (we did cook a bit), AC units, overhead fans, & washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable. Outstanding views from the large lanai, even in stormy weather. Below, the pool and hot tub area are well maintained and available until 10 pm. We walked into town often and a large Safeway is just 1 mile away. Highly recommend!

The host, kal, was so helpful and informative. When I had a problem seeing my information he immediately identified the problem, on my end, and helped me. The condo itself is excellent. While we did not prepare meals, everything needed was available-and high end stuff. The unit was perfectly cleaned and we loved the bed and bedding.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Reef condos. We slept like a rock the bed was so comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Great view of the ocean & sunsets. We enjoyed the ability to save money by making breakfast at the condo and doing our laundry. The pool and area were kept up daily. Whenever we had a question Kal was quick to respond.
