Nice Location
This property was well equipped and the property managers did an excellent job of making our stay comfortable. Very responsive even on weekends and after hours. We will definitely be back next year! Great place to stay on Alii but far enough back not to have the noise.

We spent 6 great weeks at Alii Cove before moving to Waikoloa. The condo had everything we needed and the central location made it a great launch point for many visits. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and market. Knutson & Associates were great to communicate with and provided their office as a delivery point for Amazon orders. They always responded quickly and addressed minor issues we had upon arrival, such as replacing the living room fan remote battery, the kitchen faucet, and providing a standing fan for the bedroom. The kitchen was well equiped, lots of towels, and beach stuff. Condo was very clean. Definitely recommend and would love to return if available during our next visit.

Clean, Quiet & Central Location
Before our arrival, we started getting nervous that this vacation rental would be dirty and in a bad location since it was so affordable compared to other rentals in Kona. When we drove up to the complex we quickly realized that "you get what you pay for" isn't always true. Alii Cove is a clean and quiet oasis right in the heart of Kona. Walking distance to downtown, a lovely coffee shop called Tea:licious Cafe, and several beaches. The Alii Cove pool is perfect for little ones with a 2 ft. kiddie pool & plenty of shade. Our condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee press, which we realized after we went to buy one (I think we might be coffee snobs). Both beds are extremely comfortable and there are so many pillows to choose from that I should've just left mine at home! It also has plenty of extra linens, soft blankets, towels & beach towels. This unit has A/C which is such a nice luxury after a long day at the beach. It also has a hose with sprayer attachment to wash salt and sand off gear and kids. We were just so impressed with how well equipped this home is. Management was helpful and easy to communicate with. Without thinking, we checked in before check-in time and the walk-thru manager was so kind and understanding with our mess up. We will definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay!
This condo is in a great location! It’s right across from Honl’s Beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The condo is well equipped with kitchen supplies as well as chairs and an umbrella for the beach. The beds are comfortable. The pool in great! We had a great stay!
