Everything was absolutely wonderful!!! The only thing that was not enjoyable and needs attention is the hotel spa. Big deception. But other than that All the staff was amazing, food was wonderful and the hotel was very comfortable!!!!

Hotel is about 10 minute drive from JNB airport. Taxi costed me ZAR400. However there was free hotel shuttle but you need to arrange with hotel. Shuttle bus leaves hotel on the hour and free. Nothing much to see around hotel and didn’t feel safe to walk around. Hotel was very quiet and not too many guests during our stay. Room was good size and upkeep of room was good. One minor issue was both the sink and the washroom drainage not very good. Best part was the breakfast buffet. Good varieties and fresh.

I solo traveled here from my birthday all the way from the United States. My card had been locked into their ATM. No one did anything about it. I had no way to eat on another occasion. I booked a private transfer because I was flying to Botswana. No one came for me after I paid most staff were very ignorant. There were a few staff. They were very very nice to me and I the only reason I’m given is Hotel a two star..

The staff were extremely helpful — I arrived very early and they were able to check me in without any issues. The room was clean and spacious enough for me and my three bags, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have an early flight, as its location near the airport is a huge bonus.

Beautiful property with fragrant gardens, lovely swimming pools, gorgeous views of the Drakenberg mountains, and helpful staff. Great variety of food at breakfast, and wide variety of options at dinner. About 45 minutes from the Orpen gate of Kruger. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The room and shared spaces were in good condition. There is a lot of security around the hotel. Staff were fine and the food we had was good.
