I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The staff here are truly wonderful and make you feel right at home. The buffet is fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options, all for an incredibly affordable price of 350 Rands, or about $22. You can enjoy as much as you like, which is such a treat! I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I know that when I return, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. It really made my trip special!

This place truly stands out with its incredible variety of food options! The warmth and friendliness of everyone here create such a welcoming atmosphere, and it really brings a smile to my face. Plus, the hotel rooms are well-kept and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. It's heartening to see such care put into the experience!

Beautiful property clean organised. Its a bit of a distance from the airport but nothing worrying because there is a courtesy shuttle big kudos...we had a 2a drill though they said ig was a false alarm. Annoying but necessary. While i was afforded a late check out both cleaning staff and reception would call every 30mins after 10a to ask if I'm ok. Eventually, I was able to get an earlier flight so thankfully I left my room at 12 instead of 2p as I had requested

Easy and quick check-in. The use of the airport shuttle service was convenient. Staff were all friendly and welecoming from front desk to breakfast staff. Superb breakfast selection.

The check-in process was very slow, and I mentioned it in a quick review. The next day, the hotel sent me a "peace offering" for the inconvenience. Nice of them to do that. I am impressed by their very quick response. I will stay here again.

Well, at 2 o’clock in the morning over the intercom, we were instructed to vacate our rooms and exit the hotel, not to use the elevators. I panicked. The announcement lasted at least five minutes then by the time I got to the hallway, there was no one in the hall. I didn’t smell smoke. I called reception and they said that everything was OK. Now you think that they would have gone back onto the intercom and said to go back to your rooms but they didn’t. I lost an entire rest of the night sleep I couldn’t sleep. There was no water in my room. I called three times to get water and by the time I got it I was checking out. The room has dust on the floor, some types of pillow feathers or something that somebody really needs to mop the floor.

The room was nice and in clean condition, however after booking a twin room, we were given a double. When we pointed this out, they were initially unwilling to help. Eventually they provided us with a rollaway bed. The other issue was that on the booking it stated that we get 20% off food. Radisson was unable to accommodate this and hotels.com just said that it is up to the hotel if they accommodate this. Disappointing experience overall and would not recommend to others
