The main pool was closed. Also we were advised against eating at the main restaurant because it is not good.

The mountain villa as beautiful! Very serene and the first floor is great for kids so you have access to open grass off the patio. Check in is TERRIBLE!! And I don't mean like takes a little while. It took an hour and the front desk said it's always like this. It is a major deterrent to stay here, especially with small kids going stir crazy. The staff themselves were very kind, but this is unexceptible for check in to a hotel.

We loved your welcoming and professional Staff, the location, easy access to the freeway, villa's floor plan, the cleanliness, the environment. It was great! We highly recommend it! We will definitely go back! Thank you! We didn't like the fact that there was no light in the master bathroom, and in the second bathroom, none of the outlets worked. Bummer!

Room was spacious and well equipped. The pools didn’t look very clean, I didn’t go to the adult only pool though. Besides the golf courses, there is no trails

Overhyped! Need Bell Service to move anywhere. Unreliable front desk services. Sleepy thoughtless management!! No buffet breakfast place. Dining options spread all around the resort. Mountain View’s are average. Very average resort overall! Avoidable!!

I liked the activities available for kids and adults. On Mother’s day weekend, a little short of staff, at the Canyon Grille, no answer when calling Front Desk so had to call Concierge. Otherwise, good experience.
