Nice property only downside was parking. First day we were able to secure parking outside of front door but next day I had to park a few blocks away. The property manager was very responsive and friendly.We had a good experience during our short stay.

The property was located in a decent neighborhood that was clean and nice. The home was nice, however some things can be updated. The downside to this was the fact that the owner stayed in the basement and the lock for lockout door was actually on the owner side, so we could not lock the door from our side. This was a bit scary and uncomfortable thinking and feeling like the owner could easily enter the home. The door is actually located inside of the house next to the kitchen. Aside from this everything else was good and I didn't need to contact the host other than the first day to express my concern with the door that the owner had access to. My suggestion would be to have the lock on the inside of the door that the guest is able to lock themselves since the owner has a backdoor attached to his basement.

What can I (not) say...Everything was perfect from the booking with Peris and Loyda, to my departure. Any concerns or out-of-the-ordinary needs were addressed immediately. I truely couldn't have asked for more. Imagine having hosts that treat you like close friends...that is what I received from Peris and Loyda. Their B&B was clean, casual/contemporary and just plain relaxing. To my hosts Peris and Loyda...thank you again. I will stay in touch........
