Very poor service, especially housekeeping. We had a request for refunding 1 night because of our tickets but they even didn’t respond in a proper way, too late reaction incl zero understanding. Jersey en New York City were great but Hyatt Place is an unpleasant hotel.

They have an under cover car garage next door that connects via a covered walkway into the hotel. There is no pool but we did not care as we were out exploring the nearby attractions. The frint desk person Steve was fabulous. Keep him...he was so friendly and helpful.
