Best Place to Stay When Visiting NYC and NJ.

Great location, close to a grocery store and a mall (with CVS, salon, etc), close to the path and Liberty Park. Quiet building, nice gym open 24 hours. We got everything we needed: towels, cups, dishes, tp, coffee maker, iron, etc. Really nice space and the view is great. I will love to stay there again.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. View of Statue of Liberty out the window. Right across the street from a mall and parking garage. Short walk to the PATH train. Highly recommend.

The air conditioning could not reach to the “bedroom” area of this studio, which made it very hot to sleep at night

Generally very nice. Check in a bit inconvenient having to wait for a representative to come to the building but relatively quick. Biggest issue is that it was a rather warm day, all of the blinds were open and there was no air conditioning on. It took a number of hours to cool the place down.

Horrible management , nice rooms

The staff for the management company was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They actually cancelled my reservations. They said they had problems in the past with people only staying one night. I’m 56 years I am not your problem. Booked with confirmation a 2 bedroom then they were nasty and cancelled my room while we were in conversation on the phone. Accomadations neat and clean !

What bothered me a lot was the fact that I had to pay an extra $ 100 for a late checkout or a $ 50 fee to keep my bags in a deposit. In my opinion it's about lack of consideration with customers. In the future I will make sure of the late checkout policies before hiring.

l'appartamento è in ottima posizione, nuovissimo, arredato con gusto e completo di tutte le dotazioni; il panorama sullo skyline di manhattan molto bello; ottima la piscina e le sale a disposizione; gli ascensori veloci; il personale della reception molto disponibile. l'unica nota negativa è stata la richiesta dopo la prenotazione di un extra di 490 dollari per la presenza dei miei due bambini. La dream home è stata molto rigida e scortese e ho dovuto pagare perchè la prenotazione non era cancellabile. Il team di Expedia in questa situazione è stato molto disponibile, e dopo il soggiorno mi è stata rimborsata la spesa extra non prevista; GRAZIE EXPEDIA!
