House is definitely "CHILL"
Enjoyed the property size and openness. Relaxing place to return to after days exploring NYC and HOBOKEN. The onsite contact was very helpful and available. I would have liked to have been closer to Hoboken station, but that is not the property's fault. Be prepared to park at the Hoboken Midtown Parking garage because onstreet parking is challenging - that garage is only 4.5 blocks away with a nice local grocery in between which worked out well. The quieter, cleaner HOBOKEN area was a great place to return to after exploring NYC. Light Rail, PATH & FERRY transit options worked well for our adventures.

Amazing space with awesome rooftop views
Our only regret was that this property was a little further away from the waterfront, restaurants, grocery, and the PATH / ferries to NYC. However, we remedied this with Uber and Uber eats easily. It just kept us in our apartment instead of in the community.
Communication with Loyda was great. The space was amazing. The complex was safe and had awesome views from the roof and nice common space as well.
