Historic 4-bedroom pet friendly rental close to downtown.

Built in 1904, this large historic home is full of character and quirks. Located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown, this home is just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and the Capitol. Pet friendly, $50 fee per pet.

Please read the following before booking to make sure our home is a good fit for you.

This is a 119 year old home with lots of quirks. It is not a newbuild. The floors creak, some of the doors don't fully latch, etc. We've done our best to honor the historical aspects while making some modern updates to make your stay more enjoyable.

Downstairs:
Large living room with plenty of seating, TV, fireplace, and pullout sofa.

Playroom with kids toys, piano and more seating.

Kitchen fully stocked with cooking necessities, coffee maker, seasonings, pots, pans, crock pot, popcorn maker, etc.

Dinning room with seating for 11, two high chairs, and multiple board games, puzzles, card games, and a pullout desk.

Half bathroom.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, TV, access to full bathroom, and access small nursery.

Nursery: Crib, changing table, rocking chair.

Bathroom 1: Shower, access to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, toddler bed

Bedroom 4: King bed.

Bathroom 2: Shower/tub combo.

Basement:
Large open space with a 50 inch tv, 3 sleeper sofas that can each sleep 1-2 people.

Full bathroom. This is a small basement bathroom. It is not anything fancy.

Laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Again, nothing fancy.

Outside: Street parking and driveway parking. Small front yard, and seating on the porch.
Small patio in the back with seating and table with 6 chairs. Backyard is wooded.

Extras: We keep plenty of baby items in the home to make traveling easier. There are 4 pack and plays, 1 bassinet, 1 crib, 4 air mattresses.

If you're looking for great, comforting and warm accommodations of an historic amply spaced home with the modern updates of today's world look no further!!! Plus, they have all the extra home amenities that a hotel could not even begin to provide! My family came to Jefferson City for a loved ones funeral and the sweet, responsive owners even left us a kind note and caring card. We've already recommended their location as a great place to stay to others and would absolutely book for ourselves again if need be in the future.
